Growtech 2017 was organized with the desire to develop a prestigious bridge, connecting farmers as well as participants within the sectors and to promote trade activities in the agriculture, forestry and fishery sectors.

In order to enhance the application of scientific and technological advances in production, diversify products, improve the added value of agricultural products and develop Vietnam's agriculture towards modern, effective, sustainable trend that based on the country's economic and social development strategy during the period of 2011 - 2020, and to support businesses to exhibit their products, promote and expand business cooperation with partners, within the framework of the National Trade Promotion Programme 2017, CanTho Promotion Agency (CPA) in cooperation with Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade) jointly organize the “Vietnam International Agriculture Fair 2017”, which is to take place at the CanTho Promotion Agency from November 23rd to 27th 2017 (5 days).

The Vietnam International Exhibtion on Foods and Berverges is one among important trade promotion activities, displaying foodstuff products ,beverages, hotel and restautant services, technologies and equipments for food processing, packaging…. With bigger and expanding scale of quality and quantity, the Exhibtion has been getting highly evaluation of the City, of departments and branches, companies and visitors,…..to ensure the goal of business expanding, market development, pushing up exporting of domestic companies and looking for authorized agencies on distribution of goods and products in Vietnam as for foreign companies. Beside the fields of food stuffs and beverages, this year, the Exhibtion also attracts the participation of many companies to participate into the Exhibition in order to display and to introduce mosr advanced equipments and technologies in the fields of processing, packaging, food and beverage labels. In addition, during the Exhibition period,” festival of Vietnamese beverages” will be held with abundant activities, such as: product presentation activities, fine art and musical performances, charitable gift giving program…. Activities to advitise and to promote the rapidly development of beer and berverage industry of Vietnam during recent years. The Exhibtion always gets the supports of related Ministries and Industries for domestic and international companies, strengthening cooperation, trade promotion, exchanging, contacting products and technologies Worldwide, as well as developing domestic trade brands, contributing in comprehensively developing on quantity and quality of foodstuff industry, beverages, packaging of Vietnam, and in pushing up exportation. Vietfood& Propack Vietnam 2016 is held annually in Ho Chi Minh city, with the scale of approximately 500 exhibition booths of about more than 400 domestic and international companies.The Exhibtion always attracts a lot of visitors to come to the Exhibtion to contact with people and exhibitors and shopping. In 2016, for the first time the Exhibtion is held in Hanoi, hopely it will be an ideal destination for food and beverage industry to display and introduce their products, equipments and machinery, raw materials, materials and new technologies.

Following its previous success, the 16th International Agricullture Trade fair in Vietnam - Agroviet 2016 is going to be held by Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in Hanoi, Vietnam. 
Agroviet 2016 is an opportunity for all busiesses in promoting activities on exchanging experience, introducing new technolocal advances in agricultural production, promoting brands, honoring hight quality products of agriculture, forestry, fishery, handicraft. Along with many agro-related products displayed, there are also various event activities such as: workshops. sciectific and technical consunltancy, forum of investment on agriculture, exchange with typical gifted farmers in agricultural production, cultural arts performances, Vietnam regional food specialties...
