Three groups of enterprises will be under pressure once the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) takes effect, according to lawyer Tran Huu Huynh, chair of the Vietnam Arbitration Center. Vietnam's rice exports hit US$445 million in the first two months, twice the number of the same period last year, the agriculture ministry reported on Friday.
