WHITE BOOK ON ANTI-IUU FISHING IN VIETNAM

The white paper consists of 6 bilingual chapters in Vietnamese - English, including: The directions and activities of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Minister on overcoming IUU; Vietnam's solutions/activities to overcome the EC's warning on IUU (state some contents in the national action plan on IUU and the Prime Minister's Directive on IUU; Activities/objects has actively been implementing regulations on IUU; the remedial work/results are in accordance with the 9 recommendations that the EC warned); EC Regulations on IUU; the EC's warning on IUU for Vietnam; Communicating the provisions of the Fisheries Law 2017 on IUU; IUU violations, Vietnam's sanctions; Typical acts violating IUU are handled by functional forces.
