Dong Thap: Opening exhibition of OCOP products, culture - tourism

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Doan Tan Buu said that the exhibition aims to honor lotus flowers and promote cultural and economic values for products processed from lotus.

Within the framework of the 1st Lotus Festival in 2022, many attractive activities will take place to introduce and promote the Dong Thap Lotus brand to domestic and foreign tourists.

The main activity of the Lotus Experience is to visit the OCOP product exhibition, the food court with many dishes made from lotus, the cultural - tourism space of 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City.

Here, visitors will enjoy lotus tea, visit 

and shop for souvenirs such as lotus ao dai, lotus calligraphy paintings, lotus flower ceramics. In addition, there are also quintessential products made from the lotus body, leaves, seeds, hearts, buds and roots, worked by artisans into unique, artistic, and environmentally friendly products, thereby contributing to honoring and promoting the value of Dong Thap and Vietnamese lotus.
