After more than four years of implementation, Hanoi has expanded and formed 50 focus areas producing flowers in size from 20ha / or more in Bac Tu Liem, Tay Ho, Me Linh, Dan Phuong. Most farmers still produce according to traditional habit and slow changing high technology, so the effectiveness is still not high. Currently, Dalat flowers are exported to markets such as India, some European countries and Southeast Asian countries.

According to Mr. Hiep, Dalat and some provinces export some kinds of flowers such as roses, carnations, daisies and auspicious, etc. into the Japanese market. Over the years exported to India, Vietnam flowers are very popular in this country. According to a large magazine of India forecasts, if Vietnam exploits advantages from flowers, Vietnam will become the center of the leading flower exporter in Asia.

In order to develop and replicate the model of Vietnam flower production, the Agriculture and Rural Development Department will plan to develop regions with suitable condition and climate.
