Attending the Festival were members of the Party Central Committee: Le Minh Hoan, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development; Pham Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; together with leaders of agencies and units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; representatives of a number of enterprises operating in the field of agriculture and the people in the ayurvedic production areas of Tu Ky district.

Tu Ky district currently has 257 hectares of organic agricultural production in combination with exploitation and conservation of natural aquatic specialties. In these organic production areas, an effective and sustainable crop rotation formula has been established with 5 layers of exploitation: under the ground is "rươi", the field bank is "cáy", followed by spring rice in the field, on the bank of leafy vegetables, spices and fruit trees on top, creating a healthy and sustainable ecosystem. The total annual production of organic agricultural products is about 2,300 tons (rice 1,230 tons, 200 tons, 90 tons, bananas 780 tons), giving an income of 400-450 million VND/ha/year.

In 2019, Tu Ky has 3 agricultural products of "bãi rươi", frozen rươi and frozen cáy, which have been granted a certificate of collective mark registration by the National Office of Intellectual Property and recognized by the Hai Duong Provincial Appraisal Council. OCOP product, review rating 4 stars. In 2021, there will continue to be 2 more products, which are "chả rươi" and "rươi niêu", which are recognized as 4-star OCOP products.

Tu Ky district determined that the exploitation and conservation of aquatic specialties in combination with organic agricultural production not only brought high economic efficiency, but also contributed to environmental protection, people's health, and maintenance of the ecosystem. Ecological fields, aquatic organisms develop sustainably.

Up to now, Tu Ky district has built an organic production area of 137 hectares outside of An Thanh commune. This production area has been certified to meet Vietnam's organic agricultural standards (TCVN 110441-2:2017), with certified products including: 104.5 hectares of rice, 25 hectares of bananas, 5 hectares of jackfruit, and vegetables. 1.5 hectare of leaves, 1 hectare of herbs. The average output is over 1,000 tons; production value is estimated at 500-700 million VND/ha. This is the first recognized organic production area of the district and Hai Duong province.

In the coming time, Tu Ky district will continue to expand the area of organic production in combination with the exploitation of rươi, cáy with a scale of hundreds of hectares in the communes of An Thanh, Quang Trung, Binh Lang, Chi Minh and Cong Lac. The area of organic production area in combination with rươi, cáy exploitation will increase to 700 ha by 2025 and gradually implement organic certification for this area.
